Vehicle towing is a procedure of towing vehicles, which are parked to non-parking areas or areas causing hindrance to ongoing traffic, including wrecked vehicles, to temporarily keeping them in parking lots. Tow Me Up automates the whole vehicle towing process. The process starts with taking photos of the vehicle to be towed as its wrongly parked, and recording necessary information like plate number, towing time and current location. Vehicle will be pulled into a parking lot and authorities responsible for verifying the vehicle information and accepting or denying the vehicle. Authorities, vehicle owners and lawyers can follow the process by using web application. The towed vehicle can be taken by its owner if the owner pays the penalty calculated by the system. However, if authorities observe a foreclosure or execution status, a special procedure should be applied.
