Managing and querying existing and completed projects’ manpower information in order to optimize new projects’ manpower estimations. The tool must provide a user interface to enter, update and query projects estimation information. The data must be kept on a RDBMS. The tool must estimate projects manpower information with operator interactions. The tool must provide authentication and authorization mechanisms. The tool must have reporting capability. The tool could be web-based. High level requirements of the project (Maximum 200 Words) The tool has two modes. First mode is maintanence mode and maintanence operator defines work items, persons and report templates. Second mode is user mode. The tool provide a user interface to enter, update and query labor information. The data must be kept on a RDBMS. The tool must create reports according to templates, reports are like; a person’s labor for a month, work items of selected month etc.. The tool must provide authentication and authorization mechanisms for maintanence mode. The tool could be web-based.
