Hacettepe e-BYRYS-KKDS is a joint project undertaken together with the Hacettepe Nursing Faculty, and consists of 3 main parts. The first application will be used by Hacettepe nurses in the area of pressure injuries and will enable the electronic writing and transmission of Braden scale and skin assessment reports. Nurses will enter the patients' status on the application, and the application will recommend them which procedures should be applied to the patient under which situation. In the second application, Hacettepe nursing students will be asked to use the Braden scale and skin assessment on virtual/artificial patients. In the artificial situations given by their teachers, students will be asked to choose the right options and apply the right procedures in the app. The third application, the nursing care plan management system, will be independent of the other two applications, aiming to get rid of the paper density by entering all the reports and information that the nurses keep about the patient they care for into this application. Using this application, nurses will electronically record the evaluation forms of the patients they care for, their medications and their own notes.
