Our platform is an AI-powered monitoring system designed to make cold storage safer and smarter. It collects real-time data from temperature and door sensors and learns the normal conditions of each storage area to detect unusual changes and possible equipment problems. Instead of relying only on fixed temperature limits, the system considers situations such as door openings to reduce unnecessary alarms and identify problems earlier. It also analyzes temperature history to estimate how stored products may be affected and how much safe shelf life they have left. Through a web-based dashboard, users can monitor storage conditions, receive risk-based alerts, understand possible causes of problems, and access automatically generated incident reports. While the platform is mainly tested in cold storage facilities, it is designed to be adapted to other sensor-based monitoring environments.
