Building a website has never been faster, but knowing whether people can actually use it still takes time and money. Jester closes that gap by testing websites with AI agents that behave like real users. Users point Jester at their web product, whether a live site, a page behind a login, or a preview from an AI app builder, and describe a goal in plain language, such as signing up and completing a purchase. Jester then sends a group of AI personas to try it in a real browser. Each persona has its own personality based on the Big Five (OCEAN) model, demographics such as age, occupation, and device, and behavioral traits such as familiarity with technology, so each one explores, hesitates, and gives up in its own way. Jester then verifies what was really achieved and delivers a report on what worked, where users struggled, and how to fix it, supported by session replays, heatmaps, and a friction score. Teams can work together in shared workspaces, and developers can run Jester automatically every time they update their product.
