The AI-Powered Smart Hotel Experience Application is a mobile and web platform that lets hotel guests handle their whole stay from their phone, without waiting at the front desk. Before arrival guests check in online by scanning their ID or passport with face matching, and buy upgrades or add-ons. At check-in a digital room key is sent to their phone and opens the door through NFC. During the stay, a 24/7 AI assistant that speaks Turkish, English, German, Russian and Arabic answers questions by voice or text and carries out requests such as room service, spa bookings or technical help, handing over to staff when needed. Guests pay their folio in the app and check out express. Hotel staff use a web management panel to follow requests, rooms and guest feedback, which AI analyses to alert management.
