Komshu is a location-based community platform that connects people living in the same neighborhood. Instead of following scattered messaging groups, notice boards and nationwide marketplaces, users see in one place what is happening in their selected district: local events they can join, neighborhood announcements such as lost and found or maintenance notices, and a community marketplace where they can sell, lend or give away items to their neighbors. Content is reviewed by an AI moderator to keep the community safe. Komshu works by linking each post to a district and showing each user only the content in the district they select and its neighboring districts.
