Kadir Herkiloğlu started his career in Istanbul Technical University, Multimedia Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition Lab. as a test engineer in a R&D project in 2003. After he graduated and earn his MSc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering in ITU, he has started working for HAVELSAN as a test engineer in Ankara in 2004. Up to now he has managed and attended at all levels of testing (starting from component testing up to sensor integration) for C4ISR and Naval Combat Systems including planes, ships and submarines, Enterprise Information Systems, Simulation Systems, and R&D Projects. Currently he is responsible for the management of all testing activities of HAVELSAN A.S. as the Test Verification and Validation Director of HAVELSAN by managing a group of 170+ test engineers.
